How can I get this debit card?
Players who have reached VIP Steel, Premium or Ultimate status can get their Ukash Mastercard simply by requesting via email to support@chilipoker.co.uk.
The card will be sent within 3 weeks with a PIN ensuring maximum security, and can be used immediately.
All transactions are then confirmed by your PIN, which guarantees a maximum level of security.
It is not possible to use the card's magnetic strip and confirm a transaction by signature.
How much can I withdraw each month?
There is no limit, you are allowed to withdraw the entirety of your winnings whenever you like. The transfer to your Ukash Mastercard is immediate, as soon as the transaction is validated.
How can I track my history? Who can I contact if I have questions?
Once you have your card, go to https://www.metavantecards.com/ukashout to track your account balance and your recent transactions... Conditions of use:
- In order to receive the card, a player must attain at least VIP "Steel" status, which corresponds to a cumulated 15,000 FPPs per month. The "Steel" status or higher cannot be attainued until a player has played at Chilipoker for at least 30 days.
- Chilipoker is not a bank and reserves the right to reject any player that might abuse the debit card option.
- Chilipoker covers the following fees:
- One ATM withdrawal per month.
- 30 fund transfers from a Chilipoker account to a Ukash Mastercard (1 per day) each month.
- 30 payments by Ukash Mastercard over the Internet at a merchant per month.
- Additional fees : ATM withdrawals
Starting with the second ATM withdrawal within the period of one month, ATM withdrawals are billed at a rate of 4% with a minimum of €4 and a maximum of €15.
Examples :
€50 withdrawal: €4 in fees
€200 withdrawal: €8 in fees
€1,000 withdrawwal: €15 in fees - Card fees : transferring money or payments
€1 per transfer and/or payment - Fee collection
The fees will be collected at the beginning of the month from the Chilipoker account on which the fees have been accrued. For example, if you with draw €1,000, you will receive this amount but €15 will be collected from your Chilipoker account at the beginning of the following month. - Your winnings are: The difference between the balance (poker balance + general balance) on the day of your withdrawal (balance calculated the same day at midnight) deducted from the balance calculated on August first.
- Deposits are not considered as "winnings" and will never be made available for withdrawal.
- P2P (peer to peer) transfers are considered to be deposits and withdrawals; they are withdrawals when you send money to a player and deposits when you receive money from a player.
- Bonuses are not considered "winnings" and do not count towards the earning of first deposit bonuses, reload bonuses or loyalty bonuses.
- The card is not a deposit car. Its only use is to withdraw winnings from your Chilipoker account.
- Chilipoker is not responsible for the exchange rate and any taken for the transactions on the Ukash Card.
- The conditions of this promotion can be changed at any time without prior warning.
