- Countries where you can receive the goodies Chilipoker : Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Irland, Island, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden.
- Trips and Holidays : Every country is eligible for "trips and holidays". All the trips are offered for the normal calender year. Your order for a trip will not be considered valid before final confirmation by the support team.
- Tournaments and packages : Every country is eligible for "Tournaments and packages". The WSOP main event is a package of $12,500. The EPT Main Event is a package of $20,000. The pro package is : $3,000 each month + the main event WSOP + one EPT (except the final EPT) and one WPT (except the final WPT).
- Hi-Tech. The following countries are fully eligible for "Hi-tech": UK, France, Germany, Japan, Canada, USA, China, Spain, Denmark. For every other country please contact the support team. Hi-tech items are subject to availability and it may occur that you receive something equivalent instead of your exact order
- Spicy ideas : The parachute and the Ferrari stage are limited to French players. All other "spicy ideas" are open to every country.
- The number of FPPs required is just an indication and has not a legal value. You will receive the confirmation when your order is confirmed
- FPPs will be deducted from the player account upon validated confirmation.
- Items will be shipped within thirty days from receipt of confirmation order. ChiliPoker cannot be held liable for any delays in the shipment of goods, loss of goods or misplacement of goods.
- Chilipoker reserves the right to close the HotShop at any time.
- Chilipoker reserves the right to refuse an order. In such cases, FPPs will be refunded to the player account. ChiliPoker will not be liable to pay any cash in compensation.
- All decisions taken by Chilipoker are final.
