URGENT: Due to our ongoing growth in the French market, we are looking to recruit: French International Customer Care Agent/Native Speaker (M/F):

• French Native Speaker
• Fluent English oral and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced with computing applications
• Ideally have experience in customer support
• Interested in sports, poker, good team spirit, accuracy
• Malta based

Job Description:
• Professional handling of customer inquiries (e-mail, chat, telephone)
• Being up-to-date with new promotions, competitions and special offers that we promote to our customers
• Acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of poker, besides all the sports and games we deal with
• General customer service administration
• Assisting the daily customer support workload for the manager and supervisors
